Slow flow yoga is a gentle and meditative style of yoga that emphasizes mindful movement and deep breathing, flowing gracefully from one pose to the next at a relaxed pace. It focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility while promoting relaxation and body awareness.
Classes will be held Every Sunday starting January 19th from 5-6pm.
